Right Brain Training: Match Stick Puzzle DS, Inspired by Professor Layton?

Hmmm, wonder if this title was inspired by the puzzles from Professor Layton with all the matchstick puzzles it had.

“Unou Kaiten Matchstick Puzzle DS” features 200 matchstick related puzzles divided into 3 difficulty levels. The idea is to move a certain number of matchsticks to alter the figure that is being formed.

Apart from the normal puzzle mode, there is also a time attack mode where you must solve 10 random puzzles as quickly as you can. You’ll then get a “QR Code” to scan into a Japanese mobile phone to enter the rankings. Why they’re not using Wi-Fi for something like that is beyond me…

Matchstick fun on May 31st.
